With a loud cry, Jesus breathed his last. The curtain of the temple was torn from top to bottom. And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, heard his cry and saw how he died, he said 'Surely this man was the Son of God.' Mark 15:37-39

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many. Mark 10:45

He brought them out and asked 'Sirs, what must I do to be saved?'  They replied 'Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved'. Acts 16: 30,31

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1 Cor. 1:18
